Privacy notice
How we process your data
Notice pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), concerning the data collected through the contact form on this website.
To be completed before publication. This document faithfully describes the processing as it is actually configured on the site, but the controller's identifying details and the retention periods must be supplied by you, and the text must be reviewed by a privacy consultant. The items to fill in are marked in square brackets.
Data controller

What data we collect
Through the contact form we collect only the data you provide:

We do not collect special categories of data under Article 9 GDPR. Please do not include health information or other sensitive data in the message field.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is processed for one purpose only: to reply to the request you sent and, if you wish, to give you an assessment of the most suitable device.
The legal basis is the consent you give by ticking the relevant box (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We do not use your data for unsolicited commercial communications. Should we wish to in the future, we will ask for separate, specific consent.
Who we share the data with
Data submitted through the form is recorded in our contact management system provided by
i-gloobot (crm.i-gloobot.com), which acts as a
data processor under Article 28 GDPR.

Data is neither disseminated nor sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep the data for as long as necessary to handle your request and thereafter for [state the period, for example 24 months] in order to follow up on related contacts. After that period the data is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
At any time you may exercise the rights under Articles 15-22 GDPR:
- Access your data and know how we process it
- Ask for rectification if it is inaccurate or incomplete
- Ask for erasure
- Ask for restriction of processing
- Receive the data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Object to the processing
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal

If you believe the processing infringes the Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
Cookies and measurement tools
This website does not use profiling cookies or advertising tracking tools. It loads typefaces from Google Fonts: that request involves communicating your IP address to the provider.
